A Little About Me

Before launching Best You VA, I spent over a decade working in hotels across Ireland, progressing from receptionist to supervisory and management roles. Those years taught me how to stay calm under pressure, manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly and deliver exceptional customer service.

Alongside my hospitality career, I also built my own coaching business and gained qualifications in coaching, personal development and wellbeing, giving me a strong understanding of communication, organization and supporting people to achieve their goals.

Today, Best You VA combines all of that experience into one mission:
